Designed to mimic the pattern if back handspring movements, this piece of equipment enables coaches to help beginners teach themselves the basics of handsprings. Filled with high-density polyfoam and covered with heavy duty 18oz vinyl, the 100cm trainer is best suited to athletes approx 152cm to 170cm tall.
